Our Story
We started roasting coffee three years ago with a simple belief: every cup should tell a story. From the farm it was grown on to the hands that roasted it, we think the journey matters as much as the flavour.
Where Our Beans Come From
We source single-origin beans directly from small farms in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala. We visit our growers, build long-term relationships, and pay prices that reflect the care and skill that goes into every harvest.
Colombia
Our Colombian beans come from family-run farms in the Huila region, known for their bright acidity and rich, fruity sweetness.
Ethiopia
Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, and our single-origin Ethiopian beans carry that heritage in every cup. Expect floral notes, bergamot, and a clean, tea-like finish.
Guatemala
From the volcanic highlands of Antigua, our Guatemalan beans bring deep chocolate and caramel notes with a satisfying, full body.

We roast in small batches, by hand, to bring out the best of each bean. No shortcuts, no shortcuts, and no compromises. Just fresh, artisan coffee roasted with care.
